Thank you for subscribing or renewing for the 2023-24 LTA Subscription Series. This message contains useful information about attending LTA and using your subscription benefits.

How will I get my tickets for the season?
Most subscribers will receive their subscription tickets via confirmation emails, like this one. To print or save your tickets for the season, click on the VIEW ETICKETS link in the confirmation.

What if I cannot print tickets from home?
Subscribers also have the option of picking up their tickets at our Will Call window, please contact the Box Office to make arrangements.

What if I cannot attend a particular performance date of my subscription?
Exchange your ticket for another performance date of the same show, give it to a friend to enjoy, or donate it back to the theatre as a tax deductible contribution.

How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are available for another performance of the same show, and should be requested at least 24 hours before the original performance time. No charge when moving to a same priced performance. You can exchange your tickets by calling or emailing the Box Office.

What about opening night parties?
We are not currently scheduling opening night parties for the new season. We may resume these as the season progresses and will notify our first night subscribers when we do.

Where can I park near LTA?
Street parking is available surrounding the theatre. Be sure to check parking signs since
some areas have time restrictions or are metered. Additional suggestions are:
